Living with mast cell activation syndrome often means guessing. A rough day shows up without warning, and it’s hard to say whether it was the weather, the air, something you ate, or nothing you could have seen coming. Mast Cell Decoded exists to take a little of the guesswork out.

Our goals

  • Make the environment easier to read. Air quality, pollen, pressure swings, cloud cover, and geomagnetic activity are all known or suspected triggers, but checking them every morning isn’t realistic. The daily forecast pulls them into one score and a plain-English note, so you can plan ahead.
  • Help you see your own patterns. Everyone’s triggers are different. Over time, we want to help you notice which patterns line up with your harder days, and which don’t.
  • Be honest about what the data can tell you. The forecast describes patterns, not causes, and it isn’t medical advice. We’d rather be clear about the limits than promise more than the science supports.
  • Treat your information with care. We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and we use plain language everywhere, including our privacy policy.

Where we’re starting

The forecast is the first tool, and today’s forecast is free for everyone. More tools are on the way, and we’ll share them here as they get closer.

Help us get it right

This is built for people living with MCAS, and it gets better with your input. If the forecast does or doesn’t match how your days go, or there’s a tool you wish existed, tell us. We read everything.
